Global Learning Experience Platform Manager

**Job Description:**

The Global Learning Experience Platform Manager is responsible for the configuration, administration, optimization, community management and adoption of our Dental Learning Management System (LMS): Docebo. This role acts as the main functional expert and business owner of the LMS, ensuring that the platform supports internal users, partners, and external audiences while delivering measurable learning outcomes.
This position bridges training strategy, technology, content, and analytics, working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Training and Education.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Act as the primary administrator of the Docebo LMS
+ Configure users, groups, roles, permissions, and catalogs
+ Provide day‑to‑day operational support for LMS users and administrators, ensuring system stability and high user satisfaction.
