As part of building our new Learning & Development function within Talent Management at Amer Sports, this role plays a key part in delivering world-class learning solutions across the group and its iconic brands. As a manager, you'll drive the development and rollout of core leadership learning frameworks, enhance our digital learning ecosystem, and foster an engaged learning community. Working closely with stakeholders across brands and functions, you'll help shape impactful learning initiatives that support both individual growth and business performance.
What You Will Be Doing
L&D system and user support
Educate, onboard, and support HR users on L&D and LMS topics.
Consult on instructional design for eLearning.
Troubleshoot issues and drive platform engagement through campaigns and UX improvements.
Collaborate on LMS enhancements and content clean-up.
