A global training solutions provider in Lincoln is looking for an Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance synthetic environment and simulation training. This role requires expertise in PLEXSYS products and strong communication skills to train both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and experience related to MoD operations. You will facilitate project management, customer interactions, and present product demonstrations at various events.
