**The Position**

Are you motivated to support impactful HR initiatives and contribute to meaningful global Total Rewards work?

In this position, you will play an important role in assisting the design, coordination, and implementation of global Total Rewards activities, with a particular focus on job evaluation and skill-based role architecture (“Skill Catalyst”). Your work will help strengthen organizational health, promote pay transparency, and enhance career visibility for employees across the globe.

As part of Boehringer Ingelheim’s global Total Rewards community, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions, help prepare and roll out global projects, and ensure that tools, processes, and documentation are maintained accurately and effectively.
