Global Manager - Digital Business Integrations - Freight Forwarding

Job Purpose:

The Global Manager - Digital Business Integrations is responsible for driving digital transformation and carrier/vendor integration strategies within Global Freight Forwarding, with a focus on Air Freight and Ocean Freight services. This role serves as the primary bridge between ocean and air carriers, technology providers, and internal operations, leading the implementation of digital solutions and system integrations that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. The position holder leverages deep industry expertise and an extensive network within the freight technology ecosystem to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital platforms while establishing seamless connectivity with carrier systems.
