Global Market – Cash Equity Execution Trader - Spain

Senior Associate or Associate Lead, integrated into the Cash Equity Execution Trading team, part of the Global Equity Trading Excellence department.

About the role:

• Actively trading across Europe, the US, Asia, Canada, and emerging markets.
• Responsible for resolving all issues related to desk activity.
• Provide detailed execution feedback through market colour, and pre‑ and post‑trade performance analysis, ensuring continuous process improvement.
• Execute client orders following various benchmarks and strategies, including VWAP, Close, TWAP, Volume Participation (on primary or multiple venues), Alpha Capture (IS), and Pairs Trading. Trading performed within hard or floating limits, such as sector‑relative constraints.
• Support and maintain the electronic trading infrastructure and products, including FIX protocol, DMA, and cash order routing.
