The Incubation Brand team at Carlsberg Group is the growth engine for our most promising world beers. We are looking for a visionary Global Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development of Grimbergen, Poretti, and Mythos. These aren't just beers; they are brands with deep heritage and unique provenance stories that need to be told consistently across the globe.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be the guardian of the brands’ DNA while driving their commercial scale. Your focus will be:

• Brand Identity & World Building: Elevating the visual identity, from packaging design to defining the Brand World.
• Strategic Toolkit Development: Creating the global Mental & Physical Availability toolkits that empower local markets to win at the point of purchase.
