A global leader in AI-powered SaaS is hiring for a very unique role in Japan: Global Marketing Program Manager. This role will accelerate collaboration and ensure Japan’s capabilities are directed effectively toward global efforts.
🔹 Role Overview
This position acts as a strategic bridge between the Japan-based marketing teams and the U.S. marketing organization. You will coordinate and activate Japan’s marketing resources (PR, design, product marketing, etc.) to contribute effectively to global marketing initiatives.
🔹 Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
• Strong cross-cultural fluency
• Proven marketing program leadership
• Ability to build trust across teams with different languages and operating rhythms
• Strong ownership of messaging and positioning
🔹 Requirements
• Fluent Japanese and English
• B2B SaaS experience preferred
