Architect Clio’s global mobility framework, including drafting mobility policies, defining tier packages, and creating standardized workflows for North American and international moves. Act as the sole point‑of‑contact for relocating employees, providing full‑cycle support from cost projections to tactical logistics (household goods shipping, temporary housing, etc.). Manage day‑to‑day immigration filing and tracking of visas and work permits, recommend optimal immigration pathways, gather documentation, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate with external counsel.
