As a Global Mobility Specialist, you play a key role in safeguarding ASML’s global mobility compliance for international business travelers. Rather than only managing individual cases, you take end‑to‑end ownership of processes, improvements, and cross‑cluster alignment. Your role is essential in shaping the future of our compliance landscape, especially as ASML pioneers an advanced AI‑driven immigration advisory tool, going live July 1, 2026.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy connecting dots, engaging with various stakeholders, and driving tactical & strategic improvements. Immigration/ tax knowledge is a strong plus, but not required, what matters most is ownership, curiosity, and the ability to gather expertise from across the organization and translate it into solid proposals and solutions.
