This position truly represents the best of O-I. As a GNL, you will be fluent in the O-I Way of operating, understand deeply our Manufacturing Fundamentals and be capable of building strong connections with O-I colleagues & joint venture / licensee personnel around the globe. Always promoting a safety first culture.

Viewed primarily as a Technical Expert in the area of Batch & Furnace, you are expected to be fully proficient across the very broad range of topics within. From design inception & project execution, through all aspects of daily in plant operations & maintenance over the entire asset lifecycle and finally, on to the decommissioning/demolition. You will be capable of servicing requests from all levels within the business regarding this discipline, always sharing knowledge and capturing improvement opportunities.
