Job Description

Primary responsibility is the support of Sales Territory and Customer Marketing Attribution (Customer Segmentation) data quality process, associated reporting needs, standardized global processes and communication with all partners. Quality and availability of the Customer Segmentation data and the associated process impact sales employees including the accuracy and timeliness of sales performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Govern and maintain critical account attributes such as Industry, Customer Type and Segment in SAP CRM and Salesforce.
• Monitor quality of attribute data from CRM using Power BI DQ dashboards and take corrective action.
• Connect with stakeholders to understand criticality and business reasons for requests.
• Analyze the impact of critical attribute changes and ensure stakeholder understanding.
