Support in global organizational planning and design governance, to ensure effective workforce planning and organizational structures, aligned with technological and data-driven solutions to meet current and future business needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational structures, including blueprints, spans of control, reporting relationships, roles and responsibilities, and overall alignment with established OP&D standards, to be shared with business leaders.
• Gather regional and local insights to support the implementation of guidelines, governance frameworks, and standardized processes for the CoE.
