Global Overhead Accountant

Job Overview

Clarks is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Global Overhead Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and effective cost management across all global functions mainly in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting global overheads, ensuring strong financial control, consistent accounting practices, and high-quality insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and able to work collaboratively across markets and departments in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR and G/L) including preparation of journal entries, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, variance analysis and other reporting schedules for the Singapore entity.
• Prepare monthly journals and take ownership of the Balance sheet reconciliation.
• Perform sales reconciliations for Store, E-comm and concession.
