                    A global technology firm in Bogotá is seeking a Global Enablement Programs Manager. This role is responsible for designing and governing Vertiv's global partner enablement ecosystem. Candidates need 5+ years of experience in enablement and a strong understanding of sales methodologies. The position requires collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure consistency and effectiveness in partner engagement strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is essential, with an MBA preferred.
