Global Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced** Payroll & Benefits Manager**to lead our global payroll operations and benefits programs. This role will oversee payroll systems and reporting across multiple countries, serve as the key contact for Thailand payroll operations, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The position also manages global benefits, insurance, and pension programs while providing critical support to Finance, HR, and leadership teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the payroll team, including personnel responsibilities.
Manage and optimize payroll-related systems, including ADP, Workday, and other integrated tools.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting across countries (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc).
Serve as the main point of contact for payroll operations in Thailand.
