Job Overview

Payroll Senior Manager – Bogota, Colombia. Reports to the Senior Manager of Global Payroll. The position is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery and governance of payroll services for multiple regions, providing senior leadership across regional payroll teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Operations & Service Delivery – Own the end‑to‑end payroll delivery model across multiple regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. Establish and monitor regional payroll performance against service levels, quality metrics, and risk indicators. Serve as senior escalation point for complex payroll issues, material risks, and service breakdowns.
