Global Payroll Specialist - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We’re seeking a highly organized and confident Global Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth, you’ll ensure compliant, accurate, and timely payroll across APAC, partnering closely with stakeholders internally and with external providers.

What you’ll do

• Own end to end payroll operations across multiple countries (processing, audits, controls, reporting, year end).
• Ensure compliance with complex tax, social security/pensions, superannuation and statutory reporting obligations across jurisdictions; maintain robust internal controls and audit readiness.
• Manage monthly and fortnightly payroll cycles, reconciliations, GL interfaces, journals, and variance analysis; partner with Finance on close activities.
• Be the escalation point for complex queries (benefits, garnishments, parental leave, terminations, shadow payroll, mobility/expats).
