About the Role

Join our client's Group Human Resources (HR) team as the operational anchor for global payroll execution and HR systems. This role is designed for a meticulous professional who excels at ensuring accuracy and compliance, not by processing data manually, but by intelligently managing outsourced vendors and leveraging HR technology.

You will be the go-to expert for payroll across key international offices, serving as the critical link between the business, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.

Key Responsibilities

Global Payroll Oversight & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary owner and quality-control point for outsourced payroll vendors, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness for Singapore and at least one other core country (Australia, USA, Germany, or Canada)
