About the Role
Salary Band: SGD $60,000 - $72,000 per annum base (bonus is separate)
Join our client's Group Human Resources (HR) team as the operational anchor for global payroll execution and HR systems. This role is designed for a meticulous professional who excels at ensuring accuracy and compliance, not by processing data manually, but by intelligently managing outsourced vendors and leveraging HR technology.
You will be the go-to expert for payroll across key international offices, serving as the critical link between the business, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.
Key Responsibilities
Global Payroll Oversight & Vendor Management
Act as the primary owner and quality-control point for outsourced payroll vendors, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness for Singapore and at least one other core country (Australia, USA, Germany, or Canada)
