Global PC Engineer

We're looking for a Global PC Engineer to provide IT support for staff across multiple regions, including outside regular Philippine office hours and in locations without dedicated IT support.

What You'll Do:

• Install, update, and configure workstations and servers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the internal infrastructure.
• Assist the System Administrators in monitoring and maintaining the core infrastructure
• Prepare and manage IT equipment for staff use.
• Provide technical assistance to staff in EMEA, Americas, and Oceania regions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT Assets, both hardware and software
• Be on-call to resolve support cases as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
