RGP is a strategic Global HR leader with a passion for driving M&A integrations, organizational change management, and global HR projects? We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee HR strategy across multiple regions, ensuring seamless change and adoption across the organization.
+ Lead global HR projects, including M&A workforce integrations, organizational design, and talent strategy
+ Design and execute change management strategies to drive smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption worldwide
+ Partner with executive leadership across geographies to align people strategy with business objectives
+ Coach leaders globally on change management, engagement, and communication best practices
+ Track global HR metrics and project outcomes to inform decision-making
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
