Role Overview
The Manager HR Operations Shared Services is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering a high performing global HR Shared Services function. This role focuses on driving operational excellence shared services delivery quality risk management large scale transitions transformation initiatives and people leadership. The role ensures a consistent efficient and compliant employee experience while supporting enterprise HR strategy across regions. The Manager partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence HR Business Partners HR Technology Compliance and external vendors to deliver scalable and future ready HR operations.
This role reports to the Director HR Shared Services.
