**Introduction**



The **Global Planning Manager** in our **Health, Nutrition & Care** business unit plays a vital role at the center of our global supply chain, bringing together Product Management, Global Commercial teams, and Regional Supply Chain Planning to drive seamless alignment between business demand and our supplier network. You will steer the Sales & Operations Planning process across all time horizons, ensuring sales, demand, and supply come together to enable strong performance and clear strategic direction. Working closely with stakeholders across PRQM, Industries, Sourcing, Regions, and Sites, you will guide portfolio health, inventory levels, slow movers, and restricted stock to balance customer centricity with OWC and inventory targets while supporting site EBIT.
