Role Overview
We are seeking a Global Process Design Support to assist with the development, documentation, and ongoing refinement of critical customer journeys and operational processes. This role supports the initial design of a panel management ecosystem and longer-term optimization of processes that underpin digital panel management, platform integrations, and market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Design:
Support the mapping, analysis, and technical documentation of end-to-end customer journeys across digital panel management, onboarding, engagement, and support. - Process Development & Refinement:
Develop, document, and continuously improve critical business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements. - Technical Process Mapping:
