Global Process Leader: Automation & Optimization

Responsibilities

• Sets up and develops a part of the respective business process globally to accomplish BU long-term goals.
• Leads and manages new process setup to match new business needs in collaboration with regional process owners and key user community.
• Monitors and drives implementation of respective BU business processes.
• Drives continuous improvement of respective processes, systems, organizational model.
• Leverages synergies across regions and SBUs Fosters automation / SSC usage within the process.
• Drives automation to increase speed, reliability and increase share of variable cost over fixed.
• Captures savings from automation / SSC usage Leverages best practices and supports continuous reduction of complexity
