Location: open to multiple locations in EUROPE (Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Switzerland..)
Global Process Ownership
Own global Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay process and SRM design, standards, and controls.
Understands current processes and supporting ERP system including different variations.
Define “global minimum standards” while enabling regional flexibility within governance; identify gaps and deploy improvements and standarization.
Maintain process documentation, decision rights, and change control.
Performance & Value Management
Support Group Procurement Leadership team to translate Strategy into relevant KPIs.
Define and own procurement process KPIs (efficiency, compliance, cycle time, automation, value realization).
