Job Description

                    Global Product Management Leader — define and build a next-generation surgical data & AI platform. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, including OKRs that measure progress toward outcomes. 
Drive development of a scalable platform for video intelligence, multimodal data integration, analytics, AI model development, and insight generation. 
Lead product investment prioritization and backlog management—balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term strategic differentiation. 
Lead user and market research to uncover needs, validate opportunities, and translate insights into product ideas and clear requirements. 
Build networks with key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, and internal teams to accelerate learning, drive alignment, and increase adoption. 
Partner with the growth and engagement team to create positioning and go‑to‑market collateral.
