**Responsibilities:**

**Product Strategy and Planning**

+ Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for ADI systems, including anaerobic reactors, aerobic polishing systems, and integrated treatment trains (pretreatment -> AD -> polishing)
+ Segment markets by industry (e.g., food & beverage, ethanol, pulp & paper, chemicals) and application (e.g., high COD reduction, energy recovery, sludge reduction)
