Global Production Data Lead (AI, Automation & Operations Intelligence)
The Global Production Data Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and governance of all data, analytics, and performance tracking across Craft’s global content production ecosystem. You will own the metrics and insights generated from Gen AI platforms, automation tools, workflow systems, DAM/PIM infrastructures, and production pipelines—transforming them into actionable intelligence for operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital production, analytics, and AI-enabled operations. You will shape global measurement frameworks, unify reporting practices across hubs, and ensure that teams worldwide have real-time visibility into performance, productivity, cost efficiency, and quality.
