As the Global Retail Strategy & Excellence Lead , you will define, refine, and elevate the retail experience across all Resmed markets. This role sits at the centre of our global Direct-to-Consumer organisation, driving both the strategic direction and hands-on enablement that help markets deliver best-in-class retail experiences.
You’ll evolve our global retail framework, strengthen visual merchandising standards, and build retail capabilities across markets — from store design and customer journey to staff training and activation. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that bridges strategy, design, and delivery to make the Resmed retail experience a key growth driver globally.
