**Your Day to Day**



+ Build and enhance training programmes that strengthen sales skills, tools knowledge and overall team capability.

+ Evaluate and improve existing programmes to ensure they remain effective, relevant and engaging.

+ Develop and support sales strategies, onboarding and soft‑skills training to elevate seller and leader performance.

+ Partner with commercial and technology teams to improve systems, reporting and operational processes.
