Global Senior Analyst, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)

Position Overview:

Responsible for assessing, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with SOX and company standards. Supports risk management and ensures timely remediation of control deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ICFR planning activities, including training and preparation tasks such as reviewing process narratives and prior-year workpapers.
• Perform risk assessments for assigned processes to identify key risks and control objectives.
• Request and manage documentation for testing in an efficient manner, ensuring timely follow-up and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Execute walkthroughs and test key controls in accordance with GIAS requirements to ensure compliance with SOX 404 standards.
