Global Sourcing Diversification & Performance Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The Global Sourcing Diversification & Performance Leader is accountable for delivering functional, business, and enterprise objectives by developing and diversifying a high-performing global supply base to reduce supply chain risk and increase resiliency. This role will lead global sourcing development and supplier diversification initiatives for Combustion and Small Parts commodities across key regions, including China, India, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and other strategically competitive regions, strengthening continuity of supply and mitigating geopolitical, capacity, and operational risks.

This position will drive standardized global RFQ, sourcing, and supplier development processes aligned with commodity strategies to directly support respective GCLs and business requirements.
