                    A leading organizational solutions firm is seeking a Manager of Supplier Quality & Development to oversee supplier performance in low-cost countries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain and at least 5 years of experience in the automotive sector. They will conduct market scans to identify suppliers, perform assessments, and develop improvement strategies. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. International travel may be required.
