To complement our team, we are looking for a customer‑ and team‑oriented individual for our division Plasma Control Technologies at the Penang site.

We develop and produce innovative high‑tech components and systems based on X‑ray and radio‑frequency technology. Our developments help create safer, more efficient and sustainable production, mobility and communication devices. The PCT division manufactures specialized components needed for precise plasma process control in the production of memory chips, touch‑screen sensors, smartphones and tablets.

What You Will Do

• Assess existing processes, KPIs and digital tools to identify opportunities for simplification, automation and performance improvement; streamline processes and navigate global organization to deliver fast results.
