Global Support Manager for 24/7 Esports Operations

GRID eSports GmbH, located in Buenos Aires, is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead a global Support team responsible for the quality and timeliness of esports data flows. In this role, you will manage a diverse team working 24/7, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior remote team management experience and a strong service mindset. Knowledge of popular esports titles is a plus. This position follows a working pattern from Saturday to Wednesday.
