Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Calgary. Reporting to the Manger, Global Talent Acquisition this is a new role and ideal for someone looking to contribute to the development of long‑term recruiting strategies and find top talent with highly specialized skillsets.

The Location: This position is based in Calgary, Alberta.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with hiring managers to proactively source and attract the best talent for our global teams.
• Manage the recruiting and hiring process including posting jobs, interviewing candidates, managing candidate flow through the ATS, maintaining communication with managers and candidates, managing approvals, and presenting and negotiating offers.
