PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The People Partnership Specialist (PPS), Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, plays a significant role in building a highly skilled, data-informed firm that delivers exceptional, strategic, and impact-driven professional services to Smarter Good's global clients. As both a strategic recruiter and a data-driven process owner, the PPS leads efforts to fill senior and hard-to-fill roles, especially those requiring specialized expertise, while transforming raw people data into secure, actionable insights.
Working within a small, agile team, the PPS blends talent acquisition, people analytics, and compliance leadership to ensure that the People Partnership Team (PPT) is equipped with the right talent and intelligence to thrive.
