Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Global Workforce Advisory (GWA) is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist to support our global client portfolio across APAC, EMEA, and other international markets.
This role will manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, including project-based and mass hiring initiatives. The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced, cross-border environment and act as a trusted recruitment partner to global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle (360) recruitment from sourcing through offer stage for global client assignments.
Lead and support project-based and mass hiring initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and other international markets.
Partner with global clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and workforce strategies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple regions using proactive sourcing and market mapping strategies.
