This newly established senior role focuses on defining a comprehensive talent strategy to align with business priorities. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development, while leveraging analytics and managing diversity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex organizations and a strong ability to influence stakeholders. Experience within IT/Tech or SAAS environments is preferred but not essential.
