Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, curious, and adaptable Global Talent Sourcer to support both U.S. and international hiring needs. This is not a trainee-level role. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across technical and non-technical functions, helping shape the quality of teams we deliver to our clients.
