Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end taxation for India, USA, and UAE operations, covering statutory compliance, tax planning within
legal frameworks, and business advisory. The role involves close coordination with business, finance, and accounting teams along with
team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for India, USA, and UAE entities
Ensure timely filing of Income Tax, GST, VAT, Sales Tax, Corporate Tax, Withholding Taxes, etc.
Prepare, release, and track the tax compliance calendar
Drive tax planning and structuring initiatives within applicable laws
Provide tax advisory on contracts, projects, and cross-border transactions
Support business teams in commercial structuring and decision-making
Handle tax audits, assessments, notices, and litigations
