Global Tax Manager/Sr. Manager

1.Provide international tax advice, includes but not limited to income tax, sales tax, VAT, tax treaty, withholding taxes, etc.( US, Switzerland, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Greater China)2. Identify and implement transfer pricing structures by ensuring consistent application of transfer pricing practices and documentation for global intercompany transactions and review transfer pricing documentation and corporate tax filing.3.Handle group tax projects and relevant analysis.
