Job Description

                    JOB DESCRIPTION The Global Technical Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of SEI’s global production technology ecosystem. This position oversees 24x7x365 operational coverage across multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution of production processes, rapid response to incidents, structured problem resolution, and adherence to client and internal SLAs.
What you will do:
Operational Leadership
Lead global technical operations teams providing 7x24x365 support.
Ensure system availability, stability, and resilience across production environments.
Incident & Problem Management
Oversee major incident response and root cause analysis.
Lead structured problem management practices.
SLA, Quality & Reporting
Own SLA compliance for critical production processes.
Produce SLA reports and operational dashboards.
