Global TPM Manager (Reynosa)

The Total Productive Maintenance Manager is responsible for sustaining and expanding Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the OCS Division. They will serve as a Leader, Strategist, Change Agent, and Coach to train site leadership teams on effective deployment of key TPM strategies and processes aligned with Corporate and Divisional strategies. He or she will drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, digital transformation, problem solving, strategy deployment, and continuous improvement.
