Job Description

• Capture information and generate invoices in SAP, verification of shipping lists, audit information, report discrepancies when applicable.
• Capture orders in SAP for sterilization payment. Logistics monitoring for final shipment.
• Preparation of customs declarations, updating information and generating reports, audit of compliance with regulations, review of health permit balances, eighth rules, control of stamps and consecutive customs declarations.
• Will be responsible for keeping the different databases updated and in accordance with applicable foreign trade regulations.
• Carry out activities related to the control of InTrade inventories, registration and updating of information in parts catalog, classification of components, finished products, equipment and spare parts.
