About the Role

As a Global Trade Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Canadian import and export operations, U.S./Canada cross‑border shipments, and regulated food shipments, including USDA and CFIA meat‑load documentation related to the broth business. Based at the Richmond Hill, Ontario site, your work will directly support compliant and efficient movement of goods across borders while ensuring adherence to Canadian and U.S. trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all import and export activities comply with Canadian customs regulations, applicable international trade laws, other government department requirements, and internal compliance standards.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end import and export operations, including shipping, customs clearance, documentation flow, and collaboration with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal logistics teams.
