Global Venture Lending Senior Associate - Deal Lead (Remote)

Covalto is looking for a Senior Associate in Bogotá to join the Global Venture Lending team. This role focuses on managing credit investments across the Americas, leading a direct report, and assisting in team scaling.

Key responsibilities include deal execution, due diligence coordination, transaction structuring, and investment committee presentations. Candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience, advanced financial modeling skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is required; CFA is preferred.
