Gloves Production Manager

Salary Range: Around 80,000 PKR + Incentive OR 120,000 PKR
Position Summary:
We are seeking a technically strong Gloves Production Manager with mandatory hands-on experience in gloves manufacturing and strong labor management capability. The role requires managing end-to-end production for export-oriented operations (primarily European market).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete gloves production process (cutting to finishing & packing).
Ensure achievement of production targets and on-time shipments.
Manage and control large labor workforce.
Conduct on-the-spot hiring of labor staff based on production needs (Compulsory).
Provide technical supervision in leather & synthetic gloves manufacturing.
Resolve production and stitching-related technical issues.
Monitor efficiency, wastage control, and productivity improvement.
Coordinate with QA, PPC, and Merchandising teams.
Ensure compliance with European buyer standards and export requirements.
